This unit is in the centrally located, slope side, Fall Line complex from which you ski directly down to the lifts at South Ridge Lodge. This unit features direct, ground level access, easy car unloading, and a fantastic view of the slopes.

The condo was completely updated and refurbished in 2007. This unit has 1 large private  bedroom downstairs with twin beds and TV,  and the upstairs living room has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and a smaller sofa bed. This unit has an updated and well-stocked kitchen with new microwave and dishwasher. Also, TV, VCR, stereo, full bath and private deck. Ski storage is on the deck via a trap door from below. Internet or email connection is available wireless in the common room or  via your own pc /modem to the single phone line. Included are books, board games, movies, and cd's.

Amenities in the building include heated pool, Jacuzzi, cedar saunas, laundry room, large fireplace lounge, TV and game room lounge.

Sunday River in Bethel, Maine is one of the finest ski areas in the eastern U.S. and is the largest ski area in Maine. Skiing is tops in the East. New for 2008 is the Chondola, which will express you from South Ridge to North Peak and beyond. With 18 lifts, including four high-speed detachable quads, servicing 128 trails on eight interconnected peaks, Sunday River offers a wide variety of terrain for all levels including 15 miles of black and double black trails, seven glades and 17 miles of blue trails. Sunday River has an excellent “Guaranteed to Learn Ski Program” and a complete range of children’s programs including day care (advanced reservations are a good idea). Intermediate and advanced skiers will like the “Perfect Turn” program; all these are very conveniently reached from Fall Line. The Sunday River Cross Country Ski Center, enjoyable for a downhill break, is nearby. For equipment needs, there is Crisports on the mountain, plus Jack Frost and two other ski shops directly on the access road.

Restaurants and Supplies

There are several excellent restaurants in the Bethel area as well as on the mountain.  Gringo Harry’s is upstairs in Fall Line and a popular choice.The Good Food Store (across from Irving gas station) has prepared foods, snacks and a good wine selection.

The Irving gas station also houses Subway sandwiches. On the mountain, the Mountain Grocer has necessities, including newspapers (you can reserve). Stop by the Hungry Hollow (W. Paris) on your drive up for pot pies, soups and bakery goodies.

This Ski Home is located on the Knoll Road in Greenwood, Maine. Just 2 minutes to Mt. Abram Ski Area and 10 minutes to Sunday River Ski Area in Newry Maine. An older but comfortable place for multiple families or couples.  Sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. 4 private bedrooms and 2 full baths.

Main floor has a large kitchen, with frig, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine.  2 living areas and 1 dining room that seats 6 comfortably. Also large table in kitchen that seats 6 people. Larger living area has a large leather sectional couch, a leather love seat and a rocking chair. Smaller living area has a leather couch and a rocking chair, Large TV, DVD Player, and Wii. There is a wooden slat door that you can close between the 2 living areas. Washer and Dryer on this level also.  1 full bath on this level with shower/tub combo.

Upstairs on second level,  4 private bedrooms, 1st, master bedroom with king size bed,  2nd bedroom has a Bunk bed full on bottom and twin on top, 3,rd bedroom has a queen bed,     4th bedroom, has a Bunk bed full on bottom and twin on top. Full bath on second floor where all bedrooms are located, extra deep tub/shower combo.

Only 5 min to town of Bethel for dining and entertaining. Cinema also in Bethel. Rugs in Large living area and hardwood floors in rest of house.

All linens are provided for this rental. sheets, towels, kitchen towels, and bath mats.

There will be enough paper products just to get you started but you need to bring all your own paper products. Paper towels, toilet paper etc.
